How to measure
01
Stand on paper
Put a sheet of paper on a hard floor with one short edge against a wall. Stand on it in the socks you usually wear, heel touching the wall.
02
Mark your longest toe
Ask someone to mark the tip of your longest toe with a pencil held straight up. It is not always the big toe.
03
Measure, then slide
Measure from the wall to the mark and slide the plate above to that length. Measure both feet and use the longer one.

Ridge
True to size. A slightly narrower midfoot holds you on descents.
